Everett AquaSox outfielder, and former University of Washington baseball player Braden Bishop dedicates every game to battling early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, a disease that afflicts his mom Suzy. Suzy was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease at just 54 years old, and Braden has made it his mission to help bring attention to the disease, and to help both those suffering from the disease as well as their friends and families know that they are not alone.
